This deeply rejuvenating class is based on the Taoist concept of balancing the Yin and Yang aspects of our lives and combines Yin Yoga (longer holders with passive muscles to find release in connective tissue, tendons, fascia, and ligaments) and Vinyasa Flow (the yang) to warm and lengthen the muscles and build core strength. The combination will create space and integrity in the joints while removing deep blockages and allowing for a balanced energetic flow.
Offered in a heated room (80F) or on the outdoor patio weather permitting.
