Back by popular demand!! Join us on Eld Inlet for a Day Retreat!

Your day begins with a Yin / Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by live music. Then head out to the beach to kayak, SUP or just float on the inlet as tides permit while you keep an eye out for the local seals. The day includes use of the hot tub and sauna and a lunch will be provided with healthy sides and pizza cooked in our onsite outdoor pizza oven.

The afternoon includes a live music performance with Jerry Battista on our large outdoor patio, sit back and relax, or kick-up your heels and dance. The adjacent yoga studio will be open for dancing space!

With both his father and grandfather as accomplished musicians, Jerry’s exposure to music began in the womb, and he had a guitar in hand by the time he could walk. He learned the standards and Italian classics from his grandfather, and became an accomplished composer in his own right. Jerry was a member of several Northwest bands, including The Allies, Edison Jones and the Dusty 45s. Jerry’s own band The Davanos continues to be a popular draw in clubs throughout the Northwest. Jerry was named ‘Best Guitarist’ by Seattle Weekly in 2010 and in 2018 The Davanos were named Best Rock Band in Seattle.
